What is your Deposit/Cancellation Policy?

Payments made via credit card will be charged the full balance 21 days in advance of scheduled arrival date. Payments made via cashiers check must be received and paid in full 21 days in advance of scheduled arrival date. In addition, the resort requires a credit card security deposit at check in. You may cancel or alter any reservation up to 21 days in advance of scheduled arrival date with NO penalty. NO altering or re-scheduling of reservation within 21 days of arrival date. Cancellations made between 14 and 21 days of scheduled arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total rental fee. No shows or cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of scheduled arrival date will be billed 100% of the total rental fee. Cancellations are only conplete when you receive a cancellation code from a Massanutten Condo Rentals reservationist. There are NO exceptions to this policy.
