Rental Condos Terms and Conditions

  • Deposit Requirements
  • The total rental amount is due 21 days prior to arrival date unless you are part of a large group (see below requirements).

 

  • Large Group Reservations
  • For a Large Group reservation (25 or more individuals):  Total rental fee will be charged 30 days prior to check-in date.  Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance of your scheduled check-in date, or no shows, will be charged 100% of the Total Rental Fee.  Cancellations are ONLY complete when you recevie a cancellation code from a Massanutten Condo Rentals Reservationist.
  • Large group / reunion policy have different deposit and cancellation requirements based on seasonal demand!

    • Cancellation Policy 
    • You may cancel or alter any reservation up to 21 days in advance of arrival date with NO charge.
    • Cancellations made between 14 and 21 days of scheduled arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total rental fee.
    • No shows and cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of scheduled arrival date will be charged/billed the total rental fee.
    • Cancellations are only complete when you receive a cancellation code from a Massanutten Condo Rentals Reservationist.
    • There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.

     

    • Nightly Requirements
    • 2 night minimum.
    • 3 night minimun during certain holidays and summer months
